Shipping Policy

We ship to all 50 states of the USPS.  In addition we ship worldwide via UPS services.

Domestic shipping cost is based on the weight of your order. All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail (standard shipping).  

For all domestic orders under 1 lb, there is a $7.50 flat rate fee and for all domestic orders over a 1 lb flat rate fee of $9.00 is charged. Free standard shipping for all orders over $350.  

We do not deliver to PO boxes.

You do not need to be present to sign for your order.  If you prefer that service please email us at info@patchworkcustoms.com and we will make this accommodation for you.

Taxes and Duties

All taxes will be automatically calculated and added to the grand total of your order at checkout before order confirmation.  

Duties are not included in selling or shipping price. Customer is responsible for duty costs.

International shipping cost is based on the weight of your order. All orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Express.  For all international orders under 5 lb, there is a $40 flat rate fee and for all international orders over 5 lbs.,a flat rate fee of $70 is charged. Free standard shipping for all orders over $500.

Fulfillment Policy All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours.  Production times are listed on each item.  Please allow designated time of production prior to shipping.  If production happens to take longer than stated, we will reach out via email to notify you of the delay.  

All custom embroidery may take additional time. We will reach out via email to notify of any extra delays
